I can't say any of the YC were wrong, the red was a YYR and both
       YC correct, so...
As to the brawl. Well first off it's worth mentioning that there
are political tensions between the nations right now, have been
for years and the topic of the poor treatment of ethnic
Hungarians in Ukraine has been raised again recently and
discussed at EU level. Significant progress has been made with
our new PM & President Zelensky and promises have been made -
the sticking point being Hungary won't support Ukraine joining
the EU until the promised improvements have happened and become
law, Ukraine say they won't enact them before that so it's a bit
tense right now, at least they are talking and hearing each
other out now which has been long awaited.
So the game was getting tetchy in maybe the last 20 mins or so,
some silly tackles - both teams, some even sillier revenge
tackles - both teams, there were some instances where Tom Daley
was on the phone demanding his swimming pool back and Szobo,
Milos and Barany I'm looking at you mostly! Late challenge in
front of Neil Davis near to 90 mins, not long after the red
card, Szobo took umbrage at it & was having words with the
Ukraine captain, Milos stepped between them, rather too
aggressively, he ended up in a bit of a scuffle with 2 of their
players who wrestled him to the ground, again rather
aggressively, the 2 captains were chest to chest at this point
and it was clearly quite heated. Next thing everyone bar team
ref had joined in - all 22 players and every single person from
both benches, some wanting to scrap, others trying to calm it
down and pull people apart. Neither team come out of it looking
good, neither were innocent, neither were the most guilty, they
were both as bad as each other. The crowd were pelting them with
what looked like the paper coffee cups as well. Took about 5
mins or so before it started to calm back down and both lots of
benches were ushered back to where they belonged and both sets
of players back onto the pitch, there were 3/4 YC for that
alone. Could possibly have been more and may end being so once
       the video is analysed.
I expect big fines for both nations and possible extra sanctions
for Hungary being the home team. It was disgusting to watch/see.
Both teams and officials should be hanging their heads in shame
right now. Shameful behaviour from the lot of them.

Please forgive me here but you say the officials should be
hanging their heads in shame. Why? Was this something that
could’ve been prevented by intervening quicker? Once a mass
confrontation starts, officials are told to stand back from it
and take it all in and sanction appropriately when it’s all
calmed down. Apart from a few long blows of the whistle, all you
can do is wait. It may not seem like the right thing to do but
there’s little other option. There aren’t enough officials
around once every player and staff member comes steaming in to
       add to the confrontation.

Not the match officials - the officials from the National teams.
The match officials are the only ones who came out of this

Ireland haven’t turned up for their scheduled Press Conference
and Training as of yet, and are expected to be heavily
sanctioned. Some also in doubt that their game vs Israel will go

Sounds like it might not be happening. The Irish players didn’t
turn up for their scheduled training session and are reported to
be at their hotel discussing whether to play or not.
