What it showed on MOTD was the ball hitting Enzo Le Fee's hand
as it dropped so it was accidental but Anderson made a
deliberate movement to swipe the ball away so logic would say it
should have been given. However i think this a bi product of the
rules surrounding hand ball being constantly changed making it
difficult for officials to be consistent.
With regard to earlier point about Brian Brobbey being able to
look after himself its no excuse for defenders being allowed to
get away with persistent fouling.
