Canada's top female referee Carol Anne Chenard has been
diagnosed with breast cancer and will not be taking part in the
womens world cup, which is due to start in a few days time. :(
       Hope you beat it Carol.

Also best wishes to Chinese AR Yongmei Cui who has received
medical advice to withdraw from the tournament due to heart
       problems.

So sad for both ladies. The tournament itself is now irrelevant
in many ways, their health way more important & I hope both make
       good recoveries.
Lovely though to see the response from the teams involved in the
tournament & all of the good wishes and love sent these 2 ladies
       way.
