       The WSL is investigating a breach of competition rules after
       Crystal Palace used a fourth substitution opportunity during a
       fourth stoppage in play, when the rules permit a maximum of
       three substitution opportunities per match.
       According to Tom Garry (women's football writer for the
       Guardian), the match officials that worked on this game won't be
       appointed to the next round of games in the WSL/WSL2.

       A bad mistake. Incidentally isn't it 3 opportunities during the
       match plus half time?
