Newcastle v Bournemouth - Rob Jones

Thoughts on his performance for those that watched?
Watching thought he let a lot go, probably too much, seemed to
miss a fair few fouls and appeared to buy the very cheap fouls
towards Bournemouth who appeared to fall over at the slightest
contact.
Blonde AR (apologies not seen him before so dont know his name)
missed a few clear fouls right in front of him IMO.
I dont really like Jones style, he seems to be a manufactured
robotic referee who doesnt really have any man management or
rapport with the players like others like Oliver, Taylor, Pawson
do.
Fwiw he looks an absolute unit so watching him run is quite
amusing he is a bit like robocop the way he runs.

I actually felt he didn’t let much go at all and then when there
was an incident he didn’t give, it was totally out of sync with
what he had penalised beforehand.
Not the best performance imo. No game changing decisions but
didn’t feel overly in control to me and didn’t really allow the
game to play out enough.
I think the AR you reference is Alistair Nelson who made his PL
debut last December. Don’t remember too much of incidents by
him.

Thanks apologies not really heard of him so didnt know his name.
He missed a foul on Elanga abot 2 mins before their first goal
imo.
Jones comes accross very similar to Mike Dean, seemed determined
to make the game all about him.
