Leeds vs Brentford - Tony Harrington

The match officials at Leeds v Brentford today will be wearing
back armbands in honour of the two police officers killed in
Middlesbrough. Referee Tony Harrington was a friend of PC
Matthew Blades, whose children will be mascots at Old Trafford
for Man Utd v Ipswich.

Only watched the second half but Harrington’s been on top of
everything. Think he’s been generous with allowing Leeds a long
time to set up for long throws.
Happy with no penalty on Schade for minimal contact.
Brilliant call by Howson for the Leeds goal, thought that was
offside in real time.

The Schade penalty appeal is one that you see get given often
but I think VAR was right not to get involved.
