       Interesting thanks for sharing.
I find these productions a bit manufactured and unnatural. I
guess they are ultimately PR pieces, so it’s probably too much
to expect any novel insights, but I did feel this one was
particularly buzz word filled and the officials interviewed
seemed especially constrained to really just parroting the
       ‘party line’ so to speak.

I did like Finnie’s part, speaking about how rough setbacks can
be, but his determination is a credit to him, he really has come
       back to shine.

I’m pretty much of the same opinion as DublinRef. Whilst
documentaries such as this are always an interesting insight, as
this one was to a certain extent, it did at times have the feel
of a PR stunt. The piece where Cheryl Foster is sitting and
interrogating (for want of a better word) Grace Rowe is a tad
cringeworthy. I felt at one point she was going to ask where she
saw herself in five years time!
Seeing more of the refs sitting and chatting to the camera, as
they did with Will Finnie, would make for a better watch IMHO.
Give these guys a chance to humanise themselves, show that
they’re just humans (and more often than not very decent humans)
rather than robots out to ruin the weekends of fans all over the
country as many, often ignorant, football fans see them.
Still an interesting watch, just feel they could help themselves
       a bit more at times.

I believe Will Finnie is in the legal profession so it's very
rare and refreshing to read the word "humanise" in such a
       professional context [emoji6]

       I don't know how I haven't realised but I didn't know Elliot
       Bell was scouse!
It's nice to see Peter Bankes and Darren England sort of
mentoring Elliot Bell and Ruebyn Ricardo by the looks of it,
passing experience to the next crop!

Yep. His dad is Jimmy Bell. Longtime assistant to John Coleman

That's very ironic, given how those two used to behave on the
       touchline at times.
