I laughed - I think you have set a new record, we're normally on
page 2 before the shenanigans and off topic hilarities commence

Thank you bmb, I’m glad you liked my effort. I did worry that I
was maybe trespassing on JCFC’s territory by doing it, but it
seems to have gone down well. And the great man himself “liked”
it!
As long as I’m spared, I’ll be out and about next Saturday. I
don’t do midweeks any more, as without a car, I no longer feel
safe walking home from the bus along the back streets at 11 or
12 at night. I have had some close calls, and only my referee’s
“sixth sense” stopped me from walking into danger when I just
felt something wasn’t right.
When the women’s leagues recommence, there’ll be some reports of
those as well. I don’t recall any women’s games being done on
PP by anyone, but I may be wrong if it was before my time.

hi,
au contraire it could be regarded as the pinnacle of posts - i
wouldn't have thought there should be a remote indication of
abrasion resulting from it. besides, it was posted after the
watershed

hi,
it seems as if this thread is now gone massif and if it carries
on much longer i might have to screem for a gendarme to stick
their snout in and make an arete before all credibility goes up

Before you post, look underneath the text box on the right hand
side, there are 2 buttons, post & preview.
Click on preview and there are extra tools at the top. Highlight
the text you want to change the colour of by clicking and
dragging your mouse across them, look above the text box and
there is a button, change color with an arrow - click on that
and chose the colour you want from the list and it will add in
the code for you. You can click on preview again to see if you
have done it right. Then post!
If you want to edit an already posted response, click on the
modify button and then follow the steps above [emoji4]

PS It will only end in once there is a new digression into some
random topic and judging on the history of this topic over the
years, who knows how many pages they will go on for or what the
digression will be about - geography, travel, cooking, impromptu
quizzes, whatever!
My advice is strap in and enjoy the ride, there are enough very
serious topics on the forum, this one it has great non league
reports and anything else that may or may not fit!
