Balogun (USA) gets his red card overturned following an
intervention from on high, Quansah (England) gets two games with
no intervention, where's the fairness in this, or is there any?
       Frankly I despair!

We all know that the Balogun suspension of his suspension is
       plain wrong.
Taking that out of the picture, I wouldn't have an issue with
Quansah's tackle earning a 2 game suspension... if the same
precedent had been set by other SFP red cards and/or violent
       conduct reds... but it hasn't!

At least on the Premier and Football Leagues the susensions for
red cards are known. Both Balogun and Quansah would have got
three games for SFP - and both should have suffered identical
"punishments" in this competition. Not necessarily three games,
but the same as each other.
It might seem harsh / unfair when both challenges were not
malicious. But both challenges were reckless and did endanger
the safety of their opponent. The aim here is for the player to
use their judgement and not make a risky challenge where SFP can
be the outcome. I.e do not challenge when you should not.
