Couldn’t resist but this referee is not a good referee. He
looked tired and made some bizarre decisions.

Your entitled to your opinion and I respect it , but I have to
say he was good the game was largely played at a snails pace
therefore there wasn’t much for the referee to run about for , a
couple of soft free kicks given sure . But he stayed in the
background remained in control and had a good rapport with the
players and explained his decisions well

The commentators kept saying how stuffy and sticky the
atmosphere was, and how the players were feeling it and looking
lethargic.
I would never begrudge a referee for alsobeing impacted. In that
situation, I'm not expecting them to be running around like a 25
year-old world record holding athlete.
Just come away with reasonable decision making, and reasonable
control, without having to card anything that moves.
