Just seen a clip of Trump saying he didn’t know what a red card
was, then said it wasn’t even a foul.
So it is purely just because the player was American, as we
know!

Quite frankly Donald Trump should stick to politics and it’s a
complete farce that FIFA have bowed to trump by suspending the
ban and Ref Raphael Claus must be frankly peeved off at this and
the fact he’s not been publicly backed
And Infantinos position must surely be untenable and he should
do the right thing and resign the competitions integrity has
been compromised by such blatant interference. And if Balagun
scores the winner in tonight’s match the fallout will get much
worse

That’s me finished with this World Cup. I’ve only seen the odd
game at friends or in the pub due to the telly packing up, but
planned to see more as the competition approaches the business
end. But not now.
As if Trump’s intervention wasn’t bad enough, his snide and
insinuating remarks about Raphael Claus really are the lowest of
the low.
I feel sorry for the referees who have to maintain their usual
dignity in the midst of this corrupted farce. Special good
wishes to Michael Oliver and Anthony Taylor, but I shall not see
any more of their good work.
In the light of what’s going on, I think there ought to be an
icon on here to mean “sick to the pit of my stomach”.
