Sorry but for me this was the poorest performance by a referee
at this tournament so far , way to many soft fouls given the
slightest touch and it was penalised . The game has been low on
quality aswell

Can't say I'd agree - the game itself has been poor, but I don't
think the officiating has been particularly poor.

I liked him! Consistent, didn’t get a lot wrong. Always in
control, not a lot of complaining.

Frankly, I'm still mystified how we got to well into extra time
before a player got a YC.
Lenient to the extreme by not sanctioning properly wih some of
those challenges. But yes, he gave some soft fouls too.

I didn't think he was too bad, but he certainly was lenient in
the extreme in terms of cards. Even in a tournament where
refereeing has been lenient (in the context of cards) this felt
next level.
