The kit colour choices for officials are really bizarre in this
world cup…
Keepers in yellow and green, yet Omar is in yellow.
No black anywhere to be seen on field.

Danny Murphy says the player got the ball !!! No 4 did, but No.
5 didn't , looks a penalty to me.

No 4 also made contact with Martinez and went through him to
make contact with said ball.
Very difficult for Omar to see with all the legs and bodies in
the way.

I’ve no issue with that being a penalty in normal competition.
However, when the bar has been incredibly high throughout,
that’s much less of a penalty than many not awarded.

I think it is probably a penalty, but I’m struggling to see how
not awarding it was a clear and obvious error. Even more so
given how long it took VAR to recommend a review.
