An absolute non-story and a terrible piece of journalism.
Nothing said on him being awarded the best referee of the year
award numerous times in recent years…

I can see why the story is being made but I also think it didn’t
have to be made.
That’s the thing with media and the news, they like to drag
things on.
I guess it is somewhat relevant because of previous events.

Says more about Tuchel than Turpin. What it does not show is the
number of matches overseen very successfully by Turpin in the
last 5 or 6 years involving English teams
