Rugby Nations Championship

The first half of this new competition takes place over the
summer and whilst you lose the "tribalism" of a series against
the sane opponents, it will guarantee the top nations play each
other on a regular basis (not sure it's doing much for some
team's carbon footprints though)
Headline appointment is the opening match NZ v FRA which goes to
Luke Pearce 😀
England have Doleman (vs SA), Davison (vs Fiji) and Gardner (vs
Argentina)
A good spread of appointments with only Wales not having a
referees appointment from the 6N countries

Let’s hope that World Rugby have finally woken up to the fact
that Luke Pearce is an outstanding referee whose treatment over
the last few years has been a disgrace.
