Inter-Cities Fairs Cup final - 1962-63 - Valencia v Dinamo

The only English team of officials in charge of an Inter-Cities
Fairs Cup final was the second leg of the 1962-63 edition
(Valencia v Dinamo Zagreb 26/06/1963). The referee was Kevin
Howley and we know one of the linesmen was David Counsell. The
other linesman has alluded us, so far.
I came across a newspaper report from 1972 (attached) that
mentions John Homewood had officiated in an Inter-Cities Fairs
Cup final. There is a picture of the officials leading the teams
out (attached). I dont know which one is David Counsell, but
assuming the linesman on the right is him, could the one on the
left be John Homewood?
Of course, the newspaper report could have just made an error,
and John didnt participate in any final.
This question has been raised before on the forum when
discussing Kevin Howley, but I thought Id start a new thread as
it is specific to one particular match.

Suggest send a message (+ a £20 note) to 'bmb'. However, take
note that it is not as easy with the present set up to post
photos as it was with the previous system. One thing that makes
me sad about the change a few years back, not being able to see
and name old referees.
