100% a missed penalty for Boro about 2 mins in for me, no ball
won by the challenge whatsoever.

Possible missed penalty there for Southampton for the shirtpull?
Madley doesn't seem to have full control imo

He’s lost complete control here.
Habent seen replay of ayling challenge but he has to be off for
dissent.

Ayling should be off.
The Southampton manager blatantly tried to shove the 4O out of
the way he should be off too.
Madley completely has lost control... how has no one on the
line.been sanctioned?

Not exactly sure what precipitated the handbags on the touch
line but after the event with Scienza and Ayling, both managers
were bought together and then it all kicked off.
Ayling is a very lucky boy to stay on IMO.
Half time is needed to cool this off… tensions running high.

I don’t think you can say he’s lost control as there’s clearly
something happened there between Ayling and Harwood-Bellis that
none of the officials could see or hear. Did miss a penalty
early doors but since then, he’s been okay. I think “lost
control” gets muddled with “players acting up”.
Do think Ayling was lucky not to be booked before that point as
Nield and Madley clearly gave him several warnings. And then
perhaps lucky to not send off Ayling for 2 lots of dissent - but
if Ayling was claiming he’d been seriously verbally abused, it’d
be in bad taste to send him off.

I can’t believe the Southampton manager escaped without
punishment after that little bust up on the touch line.
Ayling should be gone but as always officials oblivious to
dissent when players already on a yellow.

Very poor indeed
1. Missed a penalty for Middlesbrough
2. Ayling should have been off
3. Never a foul in the build up for Southamptons goal
4. Both mangers should have been booked
5. Very random foul detection

Absolutely not a foul there... Middlesbrough should've had the
chance to go 2 1 up.
Also what on earth was the keeper doing?
