Not really, he actually went onto the pitch, could easily have
been deemed a straight red.

If Gillett saw that touch on the ball, then that is an
incredible decision to not award a penalty. Absolutely spot on.
I didn’t see the touch on the first replay but there is a very
small touch on the ball by the defender.
