Michael Salisbury - Man City vs Brentford

Salisbury’s turn for refcam this week. Looking forward as to
when that’s released.
On the game itself, I don’t think he’s been too bad but he has
misjudged a couple of incidents.
Correct for no foul on Schade as he broke through. It certainly
wasn’t DOGSO because he lost control of the ball.
Thiago fortunate not to pick up a YC for a foul on Doku 25 yards
out from goal. And a couple of free kicks he has given I think
he could have let go.
Rob Jones looks like he’s making friends with Pep. They both
walked off arm in arm at the half-time whistle.

Unfortunately, he’s lost quite a bit of control here. I don’t
think the players have respected his performance at all. Some
players are taking matters into their own hands and it’s gone a
little bit ugly.
Definitely not his best performance but I don’t think it has
been awful.

I just don’t think he’s ever had control of the game or the
players, there’s been quite a few incidents where he needed to
stamp his authority a bit more

Again, another poor performance. Didnt look fit at all to me.
Miles off any incidents, never got a grasp of the game or the
players and couldnt keep control in the end.
Brentford on the receiving end of 2 bad decisions for me:
Bernardo again avoids a red card after reacting to Brentford
player, clear VC no action taken. And then for me its a penalty
for brentford in the second half when Nunes? barges into the
back of the brentford player. Almost identical to the one Leeds
were awarded against Wolves the other week

Just generally poor, both side could complain about decisions,
clearly the players have no confidence in him.

Watched only part of this game including the fracas near the
end. When Salaisbury started to produce yellow cards in that
incident, I was assuming there would be a second one for
Bernardo Silva, but no. I see on the Sunderland v United
thread, there's more complaints about Fernandes escaping
sanction yet again despite obvious dissent. Well, Bernardo must
run him close for his antics which he frequently gets away with.
