Sunderland v Man Utd - Stuart Atwell

I dont think ive ever seen anything as strong as this on sky
about a decision
Sky Sports' Pete Gill:
"There needs to be an investigation into that free-kick award.
"Shaw a) shirt-pulls, b) tries a rugby tackle, c) doesn't even
look at the ball, d) wins the free-kick.
"Goodness me."
It was a pretty terrible decision but that feels too much even
as a fan
The usual question of how is Bruno immune to yellow cards for
dissent continues, waves an imaginary card nothing given to him

Completely agree. There was also an incident where the
Sunderland player throws his arm into Fernandes's face. Just
about got away with VC but should have at least been a caution
Someone I know described Attwell today as haphazard which I
think is being generous. I would describe him as poor. Another
referee who has completely regressed this season

Singularly THE poorest performance by a referee at SOL this
season by a country mile.

Had an absolutely shocking game(for both sides)
