I agree with you. But the lack of action completely contradicts
PGMOL’s own guidance

If the referee plays advantage, the player hasn’t SPA……
But that’s his intent though? Could’ve been booked for pulling
an opponent.
It doesn't work like that I am afraid.
If a referee is booking for a pull, after an advantage has been
carried out, it has to be considered a reckless act for the
referee to be correctly awarding a yellow card.
Other than that it is not.
Whether you think it is the right way or not, that's up to you.
However, in terms of the rules of which he should be adhering
to, Oliver is right to not caution on that occasion.

The game at the London Stadium is possibly a relegation and
title deciding encounter, Oliver again perhaps? I dont see why
not after tonight I think he was excellent.

Turned into an exciting spectacle to which Oliver contributed.
Great second half, very well refereed. Thoroughly enjoyed it
even as a United supporter.

Going back to caution after playing advantage for SPA would be
100% incorrect in law.

Brilliant from Oliver this evening. A masterclass in an epic
match.

Seen plenty of Everton (and Arsenal) fans saying “he played a
minute over the 6” 😂😂
That’s why the word “minimum” is used.

Masterclass from Oliver. In total control. Keane tackle doesn’t
meet the criteria for SFP in my opinion. And great overrule for
the Everton goal.

Perhaps that says more about the Everton fans than the match
officials.
