Well I don't know what Paul Howard has to do in order to get a
major final. I know he is doing the Women's FA cup final next
weekend but seriously the guy has been outstanding on VAR this
season. I can't remember any mistakes. That League 2 final
should have been his

Maybe the powers that be consider the Womens FA Cup final to be
a bigger appointment than the EFL playoffs (With the exception
of the championship) and/or maybe he was lined up for Man City
VAR for Sunday before that game became irrelevant.

I disagree with the system to use a semi final ref especially
when there should be enough good refs to go about. Also no way
that was enough for a foul on the disallowed goal

Disagree, he's clearly tripped the defender and that had a
material impact on the goal. It was a complete accident, but
that is irrelevant.
