Ward at Hull… that’ll please few, certainly from an away
contingent.
Farai Hallam with a well deserved game playoff game at
Middlesborough.
Could be a big test for Barrott at the Den and surprised to see
Madley at Southampton given he has an important one at Fulham on
Saturday.

Good choices in L1 semi finals.
Experience with Martin Coy and Charles Breakspear and then
strong SG2 with Josh Smith and Tom Kirk.
Does that rule Tom Kirk out the L1 final? It probably does I’d
imagine. If Hallam is unlikely due to having the FA trophy, then
is possible we could see Lewis Smith?
No real surprises in L2 in my opinion. I’d say Tom Reeves is the
favourite for the final there.

Madley, Hopton and Taylor working together on a Play Off Semi
2nd Leg two years running.
They did the Sunderland v Coventry fixture last season.

Happy with that although I expected Kirk on the L1 final.
Struggle to see how it can be anyone other than Lewis Smith now
considering VAR is in use

Congratulations to all those selected for the play-off fixtures
and I hope the ball rolls kindly for you all. ERDP well
represented over merit table positions which is a shame for
those that have worked so hard only to be overlooked!

Can I ask an honest question? How many times have you watched
Gavin Ward officiate this season? Thrice you have posted
recently saying how overrated he is but I would find it
difficult to believe you would know if this is a warranted
appointment across the season. He was perfectly fine at Ipswich
on Saturday.

I think they seem quite happy to give VAR non-regulars the
opportunity given that Ben Toner and (I think) Will Finnie have
had playoff finals in recent years. I guess they’ll have a short
crash course and of course they’ll have an experienced voice in
their ear.
