Good yellow for diving for cunha.
Bruno wanted a foul before second goal but looked fine to me.
One or 2 occasions Leeds have come close to getting a yellow for
       time wasting

I’ve never been sure of Tierney but he’s got everything spot on
this evening and has been excellent.
A good spot for the Cunha dive, and has let a very entertaining
       game flow.

Tierney has done well not had a lot to do but can only referee
what’s in front of you , as for Utd inexcusable , we’ve had a
good rest , even in our previous couple of matches there was
signs of us mimicking our negative and poor performances under
Ruben and the international break hasn’t done anything to
improve this set of players . Leeds are good value for their
       half time lead

Half time replay showed Ampadu clearly won the ball before the
2nd Goal. Correct no foul decision.

Utter stupidity from Martinez. Excellent spot by VAR and
       definitely a red.

Great spot by var, clear deliberate hair pull

Feels like the United of recent times. Tierney left with no
option regarding the red card. He's doing well as are Leeds. Red
has spoilt the game really but that is entirely due to the
foolishness of 1 player in a team underperforming.
Absurdly, some comments on BBC live reporting think that the red
card is absurd! Maybe they watched the European women's game
where a Chelea player had her hair pulled and the offender only
       received yellow....

What is with this sudden influx of players pulling each others
hair? I genuinely don’t know if I’d ever seen it before this
       season……
No issues whatsoever with the red. But is extremely frustrating
that they seem to be slightly flip-flopping with how they deal
       with this.

Inconsistent performance to date from Tierney and his
assistants. Excellent spots for booking for diving and dissent
and send off good (though that was a VAR decision ) but
inconsistent foul detection with some soft fouls being given.
His inconsistency is contributing to players being frustrated

There have been some soft free kick awards but you get them
every game on every weekend of the season.
I think Tierney’s been very good so far. Played some nice
advantages at times, great to see a caution for simulation and
to see Fernandes booked for persistent dissent even though he
has a greater allowance as the captain. Alert from Brooks in VAR
to identify the hair pull and a swift intervention to get to the
       correct conclusion.
