Routine stuff for Taylor this evening… a good warm up ready for
the big one we all expect him to get at Man City next Sunday..
Looking like a clean sheet as well, although Gomez could have
been carded for his lunge on Iwobi.

Every game in the Premier League should be entitled to whichever
SG1 official the appointing officers choose (apart from when
club allegiances cross).
I don’t know about others but I rather enjoy it when a top
official like Anthony Taylor presides over a game like this with
the minimal of fuss and he just shows what a top class official
he is.
And anyway, I don’t think he’ll be ‘wasted’ next weekend where
all his experience and expertise will be needed.

If they are not given games it's questioned, if they are given
games it's questioned - can't win
I think every team in the PL, except those supported by the
referee, should expect to see all the top level officials at
some point.
Also good for the referees to do these games and demonstrate how
they should be officiated- younger referees can learn a lot
from how both AT and MO went about their business today,
ensuring both games brought to a very satisfactory conclusion

First class from Taylor. Two teams behaving themselves, no
histrionics or attempts to deceive, but I’d like to think that
was down to knowing they wouldn’t get away with anything. Always
happy when Taylor is appointed to Fulham games, he’s the safest
of safe pair of hands. Excellent again on this occasion.
