Southampton v Arsenal - Samuel Barrott (VAR: James Bell)

hi,
all good from team ref first half - spot on with early YC for
home team, although there seems to have been numerous yellow
balloons and empty crisp bags swirling around the playing
surface [emoji15] wonder if that might be an excuse arteta might
use if things don't improve in the second half [emoji3]
regards,
gnr

Ridiculously weak refereeing to not send Martinelli off.

Thought Barrott had been good until he just let Martinelli off
with a caution for pushing him. Unbelievable

Martinelli should get a red card for that regardless of what the
law says.
You simply cannot push an official in an aggressive manner like
that.

Terrible example being set not sending a player off after
shoving a referee, should also come with a substantial ban

Martinelli should have walked. Absolutely ridiculous. Quite
literally the same as Mitrovic vs Kavanagh the other season in
the FA Cup (albeit a different scenario but same action) and he
walked.

Agree Martinelli should have walked, a strong push but not half
as bad as Mitrovic assault at Old Trafford he was rightly binned
along with his manager by Kavanagh.
