Happy April Fools Day! The day where you cannot believe
       everything you see..
What are some april fools jokes you have seen so far today, or
some of your favourites from the past?

I know it's not an April Fool, but the announcing of Chelsea's
losses for last year as per the BBC is an absolute joke. How
this is allowed is a disgrace and all that is wrong with
Football and in particular the premier league.
Chelsea being able to "SELL" their women's team for £200 million
to themselves is one of the biggest accounting ( I'll play safe
with the choice of my words being a retired accountant )
       masterpieces ever done.

       hi,
forgive the lateness of this reply [emoji37]
it seems the world is such a crazy place right now that some
'real' things seem as if they are april fools, and some april
fools' could be taken as genuine.
only recently my two younger children (both in their 20's) were
talking about 'slabbing' - back in my day it meant laying slabs
in the garden to make a patio - now it's a term used in
       collecting, specifically...
the practice of having an independent third-party company assess
the authenticity and condition of a collectible, then
permanently encasing it in a sealed, protective plastic holder
(a "slab") with an official grade printed on the label.Slabbing
is highly prevalent in markets for:
Coins: Graded on the Sheldon scale (1 to 70) by services like
       PCGS or NGC.
Comic Books: Evaluated by CGC or CBCS to detect hidden damage,
       missing pages, or unauthorized restoration.
Trading Cards: Used universally to preserve mint condition
       cards.
Vinyl Records: A controversial but growing niche where rare
       records are sealed and graded.
       [emoji15][emoji15][emoji15]
the thought of buying a record and not being able to hear it or
buying a comic and not being able to read it seems like the
stuff of an april fools' to me[emoji53]
       regards,
       gnr
