Zak Sturge (Millwall) has had his red card rescinded, after he
was shown a red card by Andrew Kitchen.

Even my granny would have had the knowledge to rescind that red
       card. Was an awful decision.

We need to know your dear granny's involvement with football to
appreciate the force of that remark. Perhaps she was a pioneer
in women's football officiating though your use of the word
"Even" suggests, perhaps, that she was not. [emoji4]

Was it Dean Whitestone who actually refereed Southampton v
       Norwich?
       [/quote]
       It was yes.

You make a very astute and telepathic observation sir!
My beloved grandmother, indeed, has had no involvement within
the sporting fraternity, and at the grand age of 100 now, she
certainly still has the intelligence quotient to call right from
       wrong!

How marvellous that she has reached her century maintaining
sound judgement. I wish the dear lady much happiness and good
       health.
