Masked fan unplugs VAR monitor in German match

Without commenting on the rest of it, purely from a security
point of view how was a fan, a masked fan at that, allowed to
get close enough to the be able to pull the plug in the first
place.

The VAR screen at CC is literally one arms length away from the
front row in the riverside.
Easy pickings if any toffs want a piece of the action!

I think it's in front of block 3 at DC, towards the centre of
the main stand, not far from the dug outs so prawn sandwich
area. All the cables though are pitch side of the safety barrier
and/or advertising boards. It's not raised unless an OFR is
taking place so you'd have to hop the barrier and know exactly
where it is! I certainly don't and it's somewhere between me &
the dug outs!

That could be a serious health and safety issue, the person is
lucky he didnt get electrocuted.
