       Thoughts on the penalty appeal at around 1:40? Doesn't look much
       at first, but then appears he catches their achilles

       Should have been a pen in my rose tinted opinion. Can understand
       the ref missing it on the pitch, it was on his blindside but I
       cannot fathom how VAR hasn't called him to the monitor. I'm
       assuming it might be something like he looked at it for dogso
       and concluded as Tav got a shot away of sorts it ruled dogso
       out. It clearly affected his ability to play the ball though and
       prevented him from having a proper shot.
