I just don’t see it being a foul in the penalty area whatsoever.
       It is incredibly soft.
Again we are back to consistency (or lack thereof).

I've just seen the highlights. My view is - DOGSO - yes, penalty
       - not so sure, The offence began outside the area but did it
continue into the area before the MU player went to ground
(rather too easily in my view)?

Too much doubt for me to say its an obvious goalscoring
opportunity so yellow in my opinion. Think var should be leaving
       well alone.

If the argument as to whether the goalkeeper could have got
there first is based on the relative distances from the ball, I
think it's misleading. Cunha was slowed down by the foul and
initial contact. Had he not been fouled, I thought he would
clearly have got to the ball first so for me a RC for DOGSO was
correct. The penalty is perhaps more contentious. The contact
that started outside the area was in my view a foul. Contact
continued into the area but by then was the contact still
sufficient to be deemed a foul or was the fact that any contact
continued into the area enough for a penalty. Not sure.

Kavanagh didn’t give any card on the field which is baffling in
       itself

I guess he initially gave the penalty for a non-deliberate trip.
So it would be pen & yellow, in theory. . He has fed back to VAR
that it was for a trip, and then VAR got involved to say it was
       holding

One where the audio will (hopefully) add a lot more context to
       what everyone saw.
