Anthony Backhouse : Blackburn vs Preston

I thought he was excellent tonight reminded of the very same
performances he put in week in week out and was destined to get
to the very top based on his appointments until he suffered
injury problems
He let the game flow stepped in when he needed to and cautioned
when he needed to , the one thing I have always thought he needs
to improve on is his positioning at times in matches play is
close to him on the edge of penalty areas and he seems to remain
static and doesn’t seem to read the play like most referees do.

I think this clip perfectly sums up what our officials have to
put up with on a regular basis.
Blatant cheating and it has to be stopped.

The pictures are clear: Dead to perfectly well in two seconds.
If only the NHS could do this!!
It could be stopped but (at the risk of repeating myself) there
needs to be the will to do so.
