hi,
difficult weather conditions at molineux in which PT has let the
game flow pretty well [emoji4] in real time thought the hincapie
incident was a penalty to arsenal but VAR didn't agree [emoji15]
all a little bit boring so far - lets hope it livens up in the
second half [emoji106]

Why such a delay for offside re the 2nd goal, the assistant
walks back as if he wants nothing to do with then raises his
flag.

Jesus should be off at the end for that assault on the Wolves
player… petulant scenes..
I think the FA may well be looking at the full time scuffle.

Can VAR come in, for the Jesus hands to the face incident, after
the final whistle has gone?
I’m sure Kavanagh had a VAR summons in a game at the AMEX v Man
U where a penalty was awarded after the final whistle had blown.
I may be answering my own question but am I right in suggesting
( in law) that if the incident occurs after the final whistle
goes then VAR can’t be involved, and that the jurisdiction of
the sour events falls to the FA to deal with?

I’m not really fully sure of the answer but the United penalty
happened before the final whistle so var still could come in.
Feel like your right in saying it’s down to FA when it after
final whistle but open to correction

I'm not certain whether VAR is able to get involved for anything
that happens after the final whistle (gut feeling would be yes
as VAR is used in penalty shootouts, which technically happen
after the match has finished) but in this incident Jesus pushed
Mosquera in the chest, who then clutched his face and went down
like a sack of spuds, so I don't think the VAR should have been
getting involved here, even if they could.

I thought i saw a yellow card brandished but not sure it was or
to whom.

I think that Jesus was cautioned in this incident and was the
only Arsenal player cautioned on the night.

correct - jesus was shown a YC for the push on mosquera
[emoji31]
onfield team did well (as did wolves) but the VAR delay for the
hincapie goal seemed very excessive [emoji15]
