       The results for the PAR Cup 3rd Round are as follows.
       HChip: 15
       carrowman: 18
       TA_Ref: 17
       tef: 13
       Badger: 18
       mbj44: 14
       tef is therefore eliminated and the remaining participants move
       to the 4th Round.
