       Had he given the foul by Garner for the push it wouldn't have
       been a mandatory caution, even more so with PGMO expecting a
       higher bar for second cautions.
       The offside for the disallowed goal is pretty clear, Armstrong
       jumped to head the ball and very nearly played it, that has to
       be given as offside.

       Given Harrington had been in top form recently, this certainly
       wasn’t up there as one of them with today’s offerings.
       Quite inconsistent with the sanction on Garner, he probably
       should have gone.
       Correct VAR intervention to disallow the Everton goal from the
       cross, and the Maatsen challenge certainly would have been given
       some scrutiny by Howard, and we’ve seen red given in the past
       for challenges like that.

       Excellent decison for the disallowed goal, Armstrong clearly
       attempts to play the ball so would of had an impact on the villa
       defence in my opinion.
       Garner was lucky not to see a 2nd yellow, no attempt to play the
       ball and it was hardly a subtle shove on Rogers. The challenge
       by Rhol I'm surprised Harrington was not sent to the screen to
       review it as you could say that the challenge endangered the
       safety of Maastsen.
