       C Kavanagh Leeds v Fulham

       In my opinion this was a poor performance by one of our elite
       referees. Inconsistent throughout and poor foul detection. Did
       nothing to prevent the Fulham goalkeeper from time wasting which
       he stopped with 3 minutes to go. LTwo incidents in the first
       half summed up his game. Free kick awarded against the Fulham
       player who booted the ball away some 20 yards preventing the
       free kick being taken. No yellow card, the Fulham player had
       already been cautioned. Not much later the whistle went, nobody
       sure what for, Ampadu picked the ball up threw it a short
       distance to a team mate for what he thought was a Leeds free
       kick. Apparently it was a free kick for Fulham and Ampadu was
       booked for throwing the ball away. A joke of a decision. Not
       impressed with C Kavanagh.

       I actually thought Kavanagh was very good. Every Fulham booking
       justified (five I believe) and the obligatory yellow for Silva
       on the touch line. There were two bookings in the space of a
       minute midway through the first half, both very clear. This was
       too much for Silva who was up to his usual antics. As a Fulham
       fan, I love the man for what he’s done for the club, but find
       his behaviour pathetic at times. It’s every single week, and he
       has now lost all credibility. Even when he may have a point, it
       just looks like him having yet another tantrum. Someone at the
       club needs to have a stern word with him.
       No complaints at all with Kavanagh, did everything he had to,
       and did it well. Fulham were dreadful and Leeds thoroughly
       deserved the win.
