In days of yore amateur Rugby Union referees ( a friend of mine
was one and he told me ) always took three different solid
colour shirts, with matching sock tops, with them to a match.
The referee then always had one, possibly two, possibly three
options in choice of colour to wear. My friend took green, navy
blue and red shirts and wore them in that order of preference if
possible and always with white shorts.

Not hate but you will soon come to realise, if you haven't
already, I despise the y****w!! There's a lot who don't like but
it's a standard joke around here regarding it because of my
rather vocal disgust!! Over the years it has developed into
shirt watch & a flurry of texts or messages coming my way as
games kick off reporting in on the shirt colour worn at all
games. It's silly and funny and possibly annoying to some but is
what it is and will never change!
That said you can now go and join Rob Jones, Sam Barrott and
Thomas Brammall on the bmb naughty step and have a long hard
think about what you just said! [emoji6][emoji23]
