Doncaster Rovers vs Luton Town inspection at 8.30am tomorrow.
The inspection will be carried out by Scott Jackson, the 4th
official. The pitch is covered and lighting rigs are in use. The
local forecast isn't good, though.

Was a bit of a catastrophe really
The game was declared on at two different points, supporters
were admitted, players warmed up.
At 2.45 the turnstiles were closed and at 2.52 by my watch, the
postponement was announced.
I believe it was his first game at this level so the pressure
must have been greater than usual so I have a degree of sympathy
but, it wasn't really what anyone would have wanted.
Clearly I don't know definitively what happened but I'd have
thought / hoped that he may have received guidance from his ARs
or other people with him which appears not to be the case

Have to say a big well done to Cheltenham’s ground staff for
getting their game on for 12pm. Stadium MK is a new, top quality
stadium but I doubt Cheltenham’s grounds team had anywhere near
the facilities MK had. Getting their rewards with a big win too.

Agreed - looking at their social media they had a huge tent over
the pitch yesterday and overnight blowing hot air on.
Congrats and looks like they were rewarded as well.

One of the assistant referees got injured in the Lincoln v
Peterborough game mid first half. A call was put out for a
qualified official, unknown if they found one. This meant Martin
Coy became one of the assistants. I’m not sure which assistant
got injured however.

Having just looked at the highlights, it would appear that
Martin Coy is AR2, meaning Anthony Da Costa is the injured
official.

Must have been a while since he was on the line. Looks like a
good onside decision too for the first Lincoln goal

Have since read online this is funded by the EFL for their live
fixtures.

Another injured official it seems, as Jacob Miles got replaced
by Dale Baines at Reading v Stockport. I’ve just seen a Tik tok,
which shows Jacob walking off fine, then being swapped by Dale.
Someone in the comments said “he slipped on the ground” whether
true or not…
