I wonder if this is an underlying reason why the appointments
for the coming weekend are not yet out.
10am tomorrow 👍🏼
Any reason for the change? Or nothing of note.
I have no idea

Someone on twitter has made up a rumour that Kavanagh has the
Man Utd vs Villa game on Sunday with Donohue on VAR. No clue
where that’s come from, but if it’s true then I’ll be speechless
as to how they know before us!
That can’t be true. Kavanagh was only at Old Trafford last
Sunday when his decision to send off Maxence Lacroix of Crystal
Palace was widely debated on here.
Just fans trying to drive their predetermined narratives.

I think I am sticking with my gut and sticking with Gillett.
Hooper possibly but he’s injured. An extra wildcard would be
Bramall, but maybe in a few years time he will get it, or
sooner, who knows!
Have all the FIFA guys had this final yet?
I think it’s got to be. Would have said brooks or hooper but
both are injured. The magnitude of the game, the potential
behaviour of both teams. It needs a strong referee so leaves
Gillett

It was absolute rubbish as probably 95% of stuff on there
referee related is!!

Could retirement be on the cards for Bond? 48 y/o, seems to be
injured, no appointment all season, has had a good few seasons
at the top. No offence to anyone of that age but surely it is
hard to come back from an injury at that age? Of course it’s
possible but I imagine it’s much more difficult the older you
get.
No info has come to light about Mr Bond so dont think we should
speculate about retirement as of yet.
I haven’t followed this closely, has he been appointed as VAR?

Nope, although he has been on VAR before it is strange that he
hasn’t been on it at all.
