I think I've read Bankes is an Everton fan. Given he did the
first Everton friendly at Hill Dickinson Stadium, it wouldn't
surprise me.

Robinson seems to support any team against Ipswich.
Jokes aside, I read that he has refereed every PL Team last
season, so it will be someone outside of them.

Barrott is local to Huddersfield. He’s reffed us though so not
sure if that would rule that out. He was in the Halifax academy
so maybe he’s a follower of them.
Bankes supports Everton as already mentioned, and Barnsley is
correct for England

Rob Jones lives on the Wirral, but definitely not a Tranmere
fan.
Is there a reason why PGMOL just don't provide information about
the allegiances at the start of each season?

Not sure on the specific reason behind it, but there wouldn’t be
any benefit in them releasing it. All it would do is stoke the
conspiracy flames even more so.
Plus, fans wouldn’t believe some of the team allegiances. Lost
track of how many discussions I’ve had with people who don’t
believe Taylor supports Altrincham because ‘no one really
supports teams at that level’.
