       Apologies if I'm repeating a comment here.
       What strikes me as odd with some of these on field discipline
       issues  (surrounding referees, not retreating immediately at
       FKs, Foul throws etc) is that these issues seem possibly less
       prevalent at grass roots level, taking the game as a whole.
       Referees seem to move players, away, back etc quite a bit
       quicker.
       I know we're dealing with an entirely different level of game
       and scrutiny but shifting players immediately does seem to help
       control
