His arm moved from his body towards the ball, that is a clear
penalty. When the shot was taken him arm was by his side, he
then leant towards the shot and his arm came out, really can't
see how there is any debate about this one.

I’ll agree to disagree on that one. I’m not really sure you can
say it was a deliberate lean into the ball. The defender was
marking an attacker with some mutual holding and then when his
arms came free they naturally went to his sides. It looked like
a leaning action because he tried to retreat his arm towards his
body. For me, it all looked fairly natural.
Out of interest, do you think Agbadou should’ve been penalised
for handball in the first half then?

At the time of the shot his arm was pinned to his body, at the
time the ball hit the arm it was away from the body, the arm
clearly came out. It was completely different to the Agbadou
one as his arm didn't move away from the body in the same way.

For precedent look at the penalty awarded against Everton
earlier in the season

As a Wolves supporter the referee's performance was overlooked
by yours truly. I was appalled as to how bad my team were,
making United look good. I too don't understand the handball
law's interpretation but I like the fact that there is an
element of intent by the defender. I know intent is no longer in
the LOTG by the way. But consistency in interpretaion will be
hard to achieve.
