giving a foul on Fernandes by Potts but I must admit I thought
the defender got the ball so I don’t blame Kitchen for that one.
Only the replay made it not look like a good tackle.

Not a bad performance by any means. Wan-Bissaka should’ve really
been sent packing after a late challenge on Dorgu for which
Kitchen played an excellent advantage but probably should’ve
given the free kick and gave the second YC.
But that doesn’t take much away from what was a pretty
accomplished performance. Done what he needed to in what was a
pretty drab game.
Like I said for Tom Kirk, I imagine another premier league game
will be coming his way over the busy Xmas period.

He can be very pleased with that performance, looked like a
Premier League natural.

Admittedly a small sample size, but he’s impressed every time
I’ve watched him. I suspect he’ll have considerably more games
in the second half of the season.

Why do posters on here have such an issue with these kinds of
things? Makes very little sense

Haven’t seen the game so can’t comment but Kitchen did the
League 1 play off final at Wembley last season and had a decent
game there.
Very highly thought of by the powers that be and probably
rightly so, though it’s best to stay away from Burnley
appointments for his own peace of mind 🤣.
Pleased also for Tom Kirk after his debut so there is some good
talent coming through the ranks which with the lack of numbers
this year, can only be a good thing.

I was impressed with one team tomight and it wasn’t United…..
First time watching him closely and I was fairly nervous after
reading comments from our Burnley contributors😆
Thought he was excellent.
I’m sure he’ll be getting more regular appointments latter
stages of the season.
For someone that’s only 29 he’s got time on his side too

Dreadful decision for which he should have gone back and shown a
2nd YC. It was no different to the foul and YC which he gave
against Heaven early on.
Then we've got everybody complaining about Fernandes when again
you could see from the replay it was a clear foul.

Have to agree that not giving Wan-Bissaka a second YC was a very
poor decision but I thought it was his only real blemish.
I could understand his missing the foul on Fernandes. It
happens.
First time I've watched Mr Kitchen and to me he definitely
looked the part. Hope he does well.
