I guess with Hooper, Brooks, 007 and Gillett out of action plus
a lot of European games, the workload needed to be spread.
Good chances for both of them.

I know he’s not SG1 but Donohue has a busy weekend. Oxford v
Ipswich on the Friday night. AVAR for Brentford v Burnley on
Saturday and then main VAR for Crystal Palace v Man United on
Sunday.

Woah! Great to see Kirk & Kitchen out there, alongside Alex
James who is with Salisbury.
Still no Darren Bond but Paul Tierney is edging ever so closer
to a return. Great to see Dan Robathan back out there, albeit in
the warm at Stockley Park.
Bramall with a great game up north, Taylor with the big game at
the weekend.

I have a feeling Tom Kirk might possibly do a Sam Barrott and
leapfrog those who have been apparently knocking on SG1 door for
some while. I think injuries have been a curse for Josh Smith
and I do wonder whether the authorities are still now prepared
to take a chance on him moving up to SG1

Wow! I expected Kirk to get a PL game this season but perhaps
not this early! Also, Kitchen to Old Trafford is a huge
appointment this early in a career! Hope the ball runs kindly
for them both!
