Happened across watching the highlights of this one, and 2
       interesting decisions (or rather 'processes')
Basically referee awarded 2 penalties on pitch, VAR called him
across to the screen on both occasions, and on both he stuck to
       the original decision of penalty.
To me both fall into 50/50 calls, perhaps slightly more towards
no penalty - but whether 'clear and obvious' for the referral
I'm not sure, similarly whether they were that blatant for
referee to stick with his decision - unlikey
Any opinions as to whether this is the better way of doing
things - it's 50/50 when referee goes to screen as oppose to
       always flips their decision?
