Now I see what you meant, the FA Cup. Unfortunately, its
different Appointment Officers. PGMOL Appointee did not take
the FA Cup into account and the algorithm set won't have pick
this up either. The Referee should have point this out to the
Appointment Officer.

and National List to officiate down the pyramid.
