The line-ups for 2008/09 and 2009/10 looks very strong in
general.
Did Webb really do two semi-finals in 2010/11? I remember him
doing Cardiff V Reading and being very good.
Interesting to see the names of certain referees before they
made SG1 - excellent work AT! I can add that Steve Bennett took
charge of 2003 Championship (then Division 1) play-off final and
Graham Poll did so in 2004.

Well spotted Readingfan, the entry for 'H Webb' for the L1
semi-final in 2010/11 should read 'C Webster'. I have amended
the database (edit) and above.
Michel Oliver was indeed very young when he refereed the L1
Final in 2008/9. His father (?Colin or Clive?) refereed the L2
Final the day before, his last game on the list.
And the last referee to do a clean sweep of all three playoff
Finals was....?

I wouldn't rule out Andy Madley or Robert Jones for the L1
final. It will probably depend on who gets there. Toner would be
a good shout for L2. Pawson for the Championship Final as a
consolation prize for missing the FA Cup Final this time.

How on earth did Kettle get a semi final in 2006? That must have
been at the height of his maverick nature!!

Tim Robinson could be a possibility for the L1 final - he's had
some good appointments, and his performances seem to have been
of a very good standard recently.

Terry Heilbron certainly took charge of all three league finals.
Four play off finals in four years as well.

Yes, Terry Heilbron was the last referee to have a clean sweep,
including Championship play off Finals in 1998/9 and 1999/2000
(Ipswich v Barnsley, his last game on the list). Terry has
always struck me as a bit of an 'oddity' (in the nicest way
possible). Never a PL ref but four playoff Finals and a League
Cup Final under his belt, he was the last of the FL refs to ref
the League Cup Final and will almost certainly always will be. I
don't think that Davis Ellerary ever refereed a L2 Final.
