Barrott - Man U v Burnley

2 VAR reviews for Barrott today and first one when he gave a
penalty to Manchester United for 0 contact !!
Attwell lucky got him over and he had to announce his dreadful
errror.
Then … 95th minute missed clear foul in penalty area and again
had to come over and announce another error and a PK award … he
looked really overwhelmed on that second announcement … his
soooo far out of his depth it’s unreal

Fair to say he’s had a poor start to the season. For what it’s
worth I think both interventions were correct in the end, easy
to miss the shirt pull on field though. The Burnley offside
goal, the image isn’t exactly clear, not a great look

The overturned Man Utd penalty is understandable. When watching
the MotD highlights my gut feeling was a foul so I wasn’t
shocked to see him give it. Only when you get the angle from
behind the goal (a view none of the four onfield officials would
have) can you see Mount has a hold of Walker as well. Correct
decision was reached in the end.
