Kav with another important appointment, justified on form but
boy does he need a rest i reckon. One of the pitfalls of being a
top Elite UEFA referee i guess.

Gillett bankes second legs and Harrington final🤔.
All 3 are in with shout of final and other 2 semis based on form

Brooks will get one, they always involve the previous year's
referee in the semi finals in someway shape or form. Oliver
Taylor and Kav will be at that Elites course on the week of the
2nd legs so choices are limited. Perhaps Pawson, or Attwell?

Wow! I was not expecting those. Not that I don’t think they’re
deserved because they’re entirely deserved but I thought both
would be in the running for the final.
I’m really happy to see Harrington given a big name clash
because his form totally deserves it and Bankes is just a real
top class operator who’s capable for these games but I’m amazed
he’s not getting the final.
Also Congrats to James Bell and Paul Howard for excellent VAR
appointments. They are clearly well trusted by the powers that
be
Jarred Gillett for the final then?

Most of the FIFA referees and VAR’s are at a seminar on those
days so all the big hitters were out of commission.
Excellent appointments for both of them.
