Wont be Burns, Saggers, Warren or Lloyd as all on england v sth
africa duty 12th and 14th sept.
Reckon O,Shaughnessy, Blackwell, Middlebrook, Gough, White
Millns and Lungley will be in contention on field with Baldwin,
Bainton, Redfern and Llong ( although he should be nowhere near
it after 2 howlers this summer ) will be in contention for third
umpire roles.
[/quote]
Burns has done a load of finals recently….. makes a change for
him not to feature in them tomorrow.
Llong has had a poor season and should be not on the list for
tomorrow.
Who would bet against Mallender making a guest appearance
holding the bottles and balls. 👍😜

For reference, the on-field umpires for Finals Day last year
were: O’Shaughnessy, Lloyd, Debenham, Pollard and Middlebrook.
Paul Baldwin was on Third Umpire duties only. The final went to
Lloyd and O’Shaughnessy.
